The company has two TRUMPF 4000 watt laser cuts, one with fiber technology, the other in CO2.
The laser and tube laser cutting department is the flagship of the company and can count on the latest generation TRUMPF machinery, which allows it to process sheet metal and tubes of different types (iron, aluminium, stainless steel, brass, copper) and thicknesses from 0.5 to 25mm.
Fiber laser cutting represents a real revolution in the sector in terms of speed and quality of execution: this new generation machine in fact allows greater precision and a notable reduction in processing times. Thanks to the innovative fiber laser which operates on a shorter wavelength, we are able to guarantee high quality and precision products, even from reflective and difficult to cut materials such as aluminium, copper, brass and titanium.
With fiber optic laser tube cutting (truLaser Tube 3000) we can cut tubes of various profiles in aluminium, stainless steel, copper, iron, brass, titanium, obtaining very high cutting speeds. The bars are loaded automatically without interruptions. The design and programming is carried out in a three-dimensional graphic CAD/CAM environment created to make the most of the performance of the Laser Tube.
